1. Leighton Meester Auditioned to Portray Serena

Blair is the queen of revenge, and this is thanks to Leighton Meester. Meester portrays her role so well, I can not even imagine her playing Serena. Leighton Meester was born with blonde hair, and she initially thought she will be great to be Serena. The casting directors went over the script with Leighton Meester, and history was made.
