James Charles Accused of Stealing Merch Designs from Teddy Fresh

James Charles seems to always land himself in a scandal every year.

James Charles often calls his fans “sisters”, and he decided to sell sister Merch in 2016. Charle’s recent sister Merch launch received a lot of backlash due to the apparel looking very similar to Teddy Fresh hoodies.

The co-founder of Teddy Fresh, Ethan Klein, saw Charle’s recent designs, and he was livid.

James Charles responded back to Ethan Klein’s tweet and stated, “When you DM’d me yesterday, I sent you the original photo that inspired my collection, explained I’ve never seen your brand, but also asked what you wanted me to do… You didn’t reply. After last year, I vowed to keep conversations private and create solutions, not drama.”

Ethan Klein was still upset with James Charles, that he even leaked a private DM between the both of them.

I just hope this matter does not go to court, and is handled correctly on both ends.
